Business Support Manager is responsible for predefined business processes, that improve performances or other attributes, and adapt to a changed environment. Holder of the position works independently or in team on creating, maintaining and documenting the business processes based on the customer needs; coordinates communication with all involved parties and verifies incoming & outgoing business data streams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Organize teleconferences with all required participants
  • Ticket tracking
  • Service desk function
  • SPOC for internal customers
  • Troubleshoot & Investigate customer disputes
  • Support application changes in cooperation with other responsible groups
  • Create RfC’s (for bug fixing, implementing business requirements against application functionality)
  • Configure and maintain new/existing end-customer
  • Verify incoming & outgoing business data streams
  • Validate end-customer data and account configuration
  • Investigate and correct faulty data
  • Coordinate communication with all involved parties of the application

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Speak German at least on B2 level. English on B1 level is sufficient
  • Have overview about  ICT industry, especially application business processes
  • Have knowledge of IT and business processes and their interaction in the IT organization
  • Have ITIL knowledge
  • Have basic project management overview
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Have analytical thinking and capacity to deal with complex tasks
  • are flexible and willing to learn and grow

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100 € /brutto.
