Job Description

We are a very communicative group of people which is trying to avoid big customer business impact. How? We monitor dashboards, where we can find every step taken by our customer - Deutsche Telekom. Reading and interpretation of dashboards is our day and night routine. Evaluation of possible business impact of incidents and involving the right people to solve them, is making our Leitstand team a strong key player in avoiding big incidents. Joining our team will give you a big jump into the IT world.  

The main purpose of this position is to monitor customers process chains 24/7. 


WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

  • Monitor the Process chains (Customer steps) dashboards during the day and night 
  • Evaluate possible customer business impact of incidents 
  • Involve responsible technicians to solve the incidents 
  • Communicate with technicians (Application Manager, Technical Solution Manager, ...) 
  • Update the Logbook, collect information about changes 
  • Organize and facilitate technical teleconferences 
  • Attend meetings and inform all responsible technical teams about current status

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: 

  • Have secondary education 
  • Love to communicate 
  • Have analytical thinking 
  • Have ability to cooperate in a team 
  • Are proactive and customer oriented 
  • Will independently troubleshoot incidents and help to solve them 
  • Speak German at least on B2 level or speak English at least on B2 level 
  • Are willing to work 24/7, 12h shifts

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.
