Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will be responsible for the operation of systems in the context of ServiceNow
  • Your tasks will involve planning, conception and implementation of commissioning and operation of complex ServiceNow systems landscapes
  • You will be processing/executing complex orders
  • You will be responsible for implementation, administration and integration of complex customers on Service Now SaaS platform
  • You will be installing and maintaining tools, and you will be responsible for design and introduction of supporting tools
  • You will be ensuring the agreed service levels
  • You will be taking part in creation of documentation

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • You have master's or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
  • You have at least five years of professional experience, including at least three years in IT administration
  • You have good technical expertise in the ServiceNow area of ​​responsibility, as well as basic knowledge of related area Technologies such as operating systems, databases or web servers
  • You have CSA certification ServiceNow
  • You have good customer-oriented thinking and actin, good communication skills
  • You speak English and German B2

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850 € /brutto.
