The main purpose of this job is senior technical expert responsibility for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

The Service Mobility of the Workplace Service Client Hub is responsible for the E2E provision of services on the mobile devices and Mac devices of Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries and holdings in Germany and abroad. This includes the architecture, technical and content-related review of the respective requirements, the engineering, the deployment, and the final tests for the rollout on the devices.

In this area we use VMware Workspace 1 as a platform for running the service and looking forward to transforming the service to Microsoft Intune. High quality Software and System architectural skills are needed to drive this change. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This role includes design and evolution of existing IT architecture in the Client Hub Mobility

These include in particular:

• Developing architectural concepts/structures; to this end, devising functional concepts considering holistic business requirements and implications; carrying out technical and functional feasibility studies.
• You will play a key role in architectural planning and decision-making, ensuring that Mobility Service solution aligns with Deutsche Telekom IT’s strategy and infrastructure.
• Optimizing and harmonizing the architecture and the design of solutions.
• Collaboration on architectural runways (architectural vision) and conception of required enablers in consultation with Scrum teams and Client Hub architecture.
• Identifying innovations in technology fields around mobility services.
• Assuming responsibility for implementation of architectural concepts

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

You have a university degree with emphasis in Computer Science or Information Systems or other STEM field, which has provided you with a solid foundation of analytical thinking, problem solving and technological skills.

• Expert in deploying mobile Services, especially VMware WS 1 or Microsoft Intune.
• Good knowledge in Cloud Services; Azure, AWS, Google, OTC
• Expertise in Partner Services Nets, IAM, Security, PKI, Collaboration.
• Experience in Microsoft Services (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Azure, Intune)
• Deep knowledge in Frontend and Backend technologies incl. virtualization in workplace area
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.

Fluency in English, German is advantage.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary and will not be lower than 2050 - 3100 € /brutto.
