Job description

Senior Business Support Manager is responsible for predefined business processes, correcting faults and improving performance or respective application. He/she solves the issues which could prevent our customer Deutsche Telekom from running the business smoothly and reliably.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Make your application usable in a changed environment
• Fix minor defects in the application
• Ticket tracking
• SPOC for internal customers
• Troubleshoot & Investigate customer issues
• Support application changes in cooperation with other responsible groups of specialists
• Configure and maintain new/existing end-customer
• Verify incoming & outgoing business data streams
• Validate end-customer data and account configuration
• Investigate and correct faulty data
• Support preparation of technical concepts “Fachkonzepte”

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU

• Speak English and German fluently
• Have analytical thinking, you are communicative and you are not afraid to ask
• Have overall overview of ICT industry environment
• Have overview about application business processes
• Have at least basic skills in some of these areas: Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware, Cloud-based architecture, Kubernetes
• Have experience with application administration
• Have scripting skills in any language
• Have experience with automation.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1350 € /brutto.
