Job Description

We`re team of experts who are responsible for steering bid preparation for complex customer projects. As a Process Manager you will perform tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinates and controls process according to valid standards to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management. Coordinates and organizes activities related to group of colleagues related to daily tasks or small team projects on a regular basis. Provides active on-site support, training, and development activities for other colleagues. Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and actively defines and implements improvements. Governance of the process management within the unit or company. Propose and implements changes in processes or sub-processes according to valid standards and to increase the efficiency of the service activity. Provides consultancy in assigned processes. Prepares and controls optimization measures relating to processes and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Process design activities in Tribe IntraSelect:
  • Customer to customer processes for the product PIU / DIAi
  • License management in the responsibility of the business site (in the customer process and in billing within the customer project)
  • New/additional customer to customer process for PIU and DIAi within customer projects in combination with new requirements (agreed with customer relevant to contract; or operation in CC mode)
  • New customer to customer processes in product development and in combination with FMO (Future-Mode-Operation)
  • Analyze processes and quality standards with regard to optimization potentials and derivation of corresponding measures
  • Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken related to process topics
  • Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage the alignment between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication
  • Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage  targets
  • Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge.

 

 

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Achieved master’s degree
  • Have a proficiency in the use of Aris Tool
  • Are fluent in German (Upper-intermediate level - B2) and English language (Upper-intermediate level - B2)
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experience in Process Organisation and Quality Management
  • Have ITIL foundation certification
  • Are Self-motivated individual with exceptional reliability and effective communication
  • Are experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint – Intermediate
  • Have analytical thinking and presentation skills
  • Are a Team player
  • Have a proficiency in the use of Aris Tool

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 100 € /brutto.
