Proposed Career Path 

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with a strong emphasis on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team of experts. If you are passionate about automation, problem-solving, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency, this could be the perfect role for you. You will work on our service transformation from Blu Prism towards Python solutions and very soon, you may become our Senior or even Lead Application developer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?   

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within various business processes. 

• Design, develop, test, and implement Python-based RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and processes. 

• Utilize RPA tools and frameworks (especially Blue Prism) to build and deploy bots that interact with web applications, APIs, databases, and more. 

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and customize RPA solutions to meet their needs. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in RPA workflows. 

• Maintain documentation of RPA solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides. 

• Provide training and support to end-users and assist in the adoption of RPA technology. 

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: 

• Have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Have proven experience as a Python Developer (ideally with a focus on RPA). 

• Have familiarity with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or others. 

• Have ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. 

• Have problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Have experience in Agile Methodology.

2 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000 € /brutto.
