WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will design and own new People Development (PED) success dashboard/cockpit covering all relevant metrics from within PED to create transparency, measure PED success, challenge and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Organize and lead PED Data Summit, interpreting correlation and coherences across PED products to challenge product owners for even better performing products.
  • Prepare data-driven decision-making, derive recommendations for the management team
  • Be first point of contact for central People Development leadership team, collaborate closely with the reporting team as your source for data and be subject matter experts regarding PED data and KPIs.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have understanding of people development product landscape, understanding of impact and value drivers in product KPIs.
  • Are able to develop and steer using output and outcome KPIs and management performance Dashboards.
  • Have excellent project management skills and assertiveness.
  • Have collaboration in DNA.
  • Are professional in stakeholder management, and are able to build up relationships.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Are fluent in English language.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1820€ /brutto.
