Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in 2006 under the name of T-Systems Slovakia and ever since has been inextricably linked with the region when became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will be working in a dynamic, international team in an agile way of working.
• CX/ UX will be the core of your work, as we are working on customer-centric solutions for our internal customers (employees and leaders)
• You will be involved in designing and developing team development products from scratch and implementing them in the organization.
• Target group-oriented product communication and product marketing.
• Analysis based on internal/external data, deriving creative design ideas.
• Monitoring market developments and the competitive situation as well as innovation/technology scouting

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have passion, innovation, and customer focus. You are ready to join us in creating the best experience and opportunities for teams to boost their performance.
• Have strong knowledge and experience in product development, project management, customer-focused communication, storytelling and consulting of stakeholders.
• Have experience in Design Thinking and are familiar with agile methodologies.

• Have previous experiences in the world of HR with an understanding of people development, learning and performance development principles
• Have data driven mindset, experience in data mining and data analytics
• Ideally have experience as a Scrum Master.
• Have a master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Are proficient in English. German language skills (level B2) are a plus.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1820€ /brutto.
