Job Description

We`re team of experts who are involved in the design of innovative solutions for our customers. As a Senior Solution Designer, you will execute testing and analyzes to identify flaws of the configuration. Create migration concepts and plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of new solution. Execute and support migrations/implementation of designed solution to deliver new functionality to the customer. Test, validate and document new releases to identify flaws and provide migration plan from old to new versions. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

  • Work on RfI / RfPs: check Solution requirements from customer, fill out rfp questionnaire, work on a concept (HLD (High Level Design)), discuss solution with supplier, create calculation 
  • Customer projects: customer integration workshop (present our solution, discuss requirements together with the customer), 
  • MS Teams Voice consultation, MS Teams Live DEMO 
  • Create concept (LLD, Migration concept) 
  • Support during migration phase (onboarding customers on our platform) 
  • Preparation of config files for existing SBCS (Session Border Controller) / initial setup of customer dedicated SBCS, prepare/provide PowerShell scripts for customers MS teams environments 
  • Daily business: Support OPS during Incidents & Problems, involve supplier, prepare fix

  • Analyze delivered documentation to identify the infrastructure's state. 
  • Design innovative solutions (standard and non-standard) to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Consulting customer (Admin training, clarify feature request, support configuration) 
  • Conceptual work (solution design, migration concepts, …)

  • Configure Oracle and AudioCodes SBCs (Basic Setup, integration into customer environment, manipulation rules and routing concepts) 
  • Design Oracle and AudioCodes SBC solutions (hosted, on Prem, E-SBCs, Media Gateways, …) 
  • Troubleshooting - support OPS 
  • Plan and build routing concepts for customers 
  • PSA (Project Specific Agreement) Update 
  • Integration management and monitoring of SBCs in central or new customer dedicated environments (OCOM, OVOC, NAGIOS, …) 
  • Troubleshooting VoIP Calls (collect and analyze traces) 
  • Plan & Build - Connection of ATAs (AudioCodes and Cisco) 
  • Documentation 
  • Communication, negotiation and influencing skills at various levels, particularly with DSM (Dynamic Services Midmarket) Experts, Bid Managers, Sales Consultants, Enterprise Architects and Production, locally and internationally, customers and suppliers. 
  • The role includes consultancy for potential customers in presales period, analysis of customer demands, conversion of the requirements into a technical specification, evaluation of production costs. Additionally steers the international team of experts to deliver solutions and to define the SLA’s specifications including the transition and transformation phase to handover solution to support/operational delivery units. 
  • Create documentation to define necessary HW and its physical installation. 
  • Create a network plan which describes physical and logical connection of the IT infrastructure. 
  • Create test-cases for innovative solutions to enable quality testing of this solution. 
  • Execute testing and analyzes to identify flaws of the configuration. 
  • Create migration concepts and plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of new solution. 
  • Test, validate and document new releases to identify flaws and provide migration plan from old to latest version of the release. 
  • Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation. 
  • Provide technical consultation to support creation or extension of customer solutions. 
  • Execute and support migrations/implementation of designed solution to deliver new functionality to the customer. 
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for complex networks. 

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: 

  • Achieved master’s degree – Information technologies 
  • Are fluent in German (big advantage B2) and English language (B2) 
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design 
  • Are SBC, MS Teams expert 
  • Have a certification CCNA, CCNP or CCDP 
  • Are expert in Technical Analysis, Network Design 
  • Have analytical thinking 
  • Are a Team player

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 900 € /brutto.
