Job Description
About our team:
We are looking for process team member for sales processes in Global Sales Excellence team (request to offer/contract (standard and solution business, transaction process; lead management, account management, pre-contract production, LAB process in CRM System (TSI-force). We are performing tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinating and controlling processes according to valid standards to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designing and producing internal and external reports related to process management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Regularly improving and updating sales process, sales process definitions and documents (ppt, docx, ARIS, YAMu).
- Process initiator for own process improvements in CRM system.
- Contact person for central process management, compliance team, business operations, sellers, risk management, legal services, BDSC deal office, all colleagues who work with the related process.
- Challenge the quality of production process.
- Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge.
- Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken related to process topics.
- Communicate and train process topics.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have Bachelor or Master degree
- Have experience in Sales Process Management (desired)
- Have experience with MS Office / Excel, Power Point, Outlook - Advanced
- Speak English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- Speak German - Upper intermediate (B2)
- Are able to work autonomously and drive the topics
- Have analytical thinking
- Have presentation skills

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100 € /brutto.
