Job Description
Purpose
Manage complete chain and execution of defined part of customer contract throughout the countries to fulfill or exceed the expectations of the external customer, while keeping costs at an optimal level. Procure services for the client inside or outside the organization at an optimal price and quality. Oversee all factors which might affect contract fulfillment.
Key accountabilities
- As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers with more complex IT services.
Your tasks will include:
- The continuous technical and commercial support of the customer (offers, business cases, orders, projects, operation, billing, performance reporting).
- Management of the IT SERVICE PARTNER subcontractors and connected 3rd party service providers.
- Development of the "Long-Term IT Plan" with support from the CONTRACTOR.
- Identifying and realising sales opportunities.
- Supporting the sales team including technical support of the offers, collaboration in contract drafting.
- Calculating customer offers, creating business cases, coordinating approvals and writing offer texts and writing quotation texts.
- Creating, negotiating and maintaining notes of quantities.
- Taking over project management for more complex customer orders (changes).
- Knowledge, further development, optimisation and perception of the methods and procedures in the service management of the company.
- You ensure compliance with all service levels and contractual obligations with our customers.
- Assigning sufficient qualified staff, including nearshore locations, for the provision of the services.
- To work with our clients in the development of the Long Term IT Plan. The provision of all service level reports for the monitoring and control of the services to the client.
- Implementing and meeting the requirements of the Business Continuity Plans.
- To be the primary point of contact for setting up new services for the client.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, report results to the client and to the company quality management, client and to the OS quality management team, and planning and implementing any resulting improvement measures.
Qualifications
Education
- Master's or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills.
Experience
- At least seven years of professional experience, five of which in service management with at least two different customers
- Proven experience in project management and presales.
Certification
- ITIL Expert certification

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800 € /brutto.
