Job Description

Our Team Security, Audit & IT Compliance, is a Team of hard working people and our aim is to coordinate and execute Audit activities, provide compliance consulting, lead the communication on processes within Organization to comply with Audit requirements, compliance and work on post-Audit results. We bring a diverse set of skills, experiences and backgrounds to the table, which makes dynamic and creative force, but mostly we are a Team of high profile individuals that understand what needs to be done and how to deliver required expectations and results. We also travel across the world to support customers as well as our colleagues with Audit related topics and maintain good relationships we build. Whether its brainstorming ideas, solving complex problems or tackling audit coordination challenges, we still find the time to have fun.

Our Purpose is to operate Governance of the Quality management on corporate level of DTAG. Coordinate and control different types of Audit processes according to valid ISO standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction, provide audit support and knowledge across different units. Deal with any audit related outcomes, implement audit findings across units, serve as a mediator or initiator for different audit issues that might occur. Provide consultancy in assigned processes and prepare optimalization measures relating to processes and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Company ISO targets and customer satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate Audits and other tasks related to the respective policies, processes, procedures or requirements that are used as a reference, identify issues.
• Work independently as well as a part of global team.
• Gather and analyze data about IT systems, practices, operations, also conduct fieldwork  in a position of co-auditor.
• Assisting on Audit interviews and communicate with relevant stakeholders and management on corporate level.
• Actively work on Audit follow up procedures (logging risks, corrective/preventive measures) 
• Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken related to audit and other process topics.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • speak Advanced English (B2-C1) and if you speak Upper intermediate German (B2) as well this is your big advantage
  • have experience in Audit activities, Project management and/or IT Operation processes 
  • are proactive and organized person with strong communication skills
  • are able to multi-task, set priorities to meet strict deadlines
  • enjoy to have an important role and working in dynamic and friendly environment

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1550€ /brutto.
