As a storage engineer, you are responsible for the operation of our customer's NAS/SAN storage systems. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a backup storage engineer, you are responsible for the operation of our customer's storage backup systems. Your tasks include:

• Planning, conception and implementation of commissioning and operation of the storage backup systems
• Processing / execution of complex orders
• Participation in the creation of decision templates and concepts
• Install and maintain tools
• Design and implementation of supporting tools
• Development and planning of service concepts
• Control of order processing
• Ensuring the agreed service level
• Creation of documentation

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• You have practical experience in the administration of the respective storage backup services:
  Veeam - Software Backup, IBM - TSM / Spectrum Protect, IBM - Spectrum Scale / TS35000 / TS45000, Quantum - I3 / I6000
• You have good knowledge of the respective manufacturer tools for administering the manufacturer systems. 
• You have good customer-oriented thinking and acting, professional, trustworthy and empathetic demeanor. 
• You have high analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
• You have good communication, presentation and moderation skills. 
• You speak German B1+ and English B2+

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850 € /gross.
