Job Description

Purpose

Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes. 3nd level environment.                                                                                                        

Key accountabilities

  • Implementation, administration and migration of Citrix DaaS/ PVS/MCS/ Netscaler Gateway (7.15 – 2303) on-Prem. & Citrix Cloud environments
  • Administration of Microsoft Windows system environments and basic services such as AD, DNS, File, Terminal Services, etc. (Windows Server 2012R2 - 2022)

  • Administration of Microsoft Azure and AVD

  • PowerShell and Scripting

  • Participation in the automation and standardization of work processes with suitable scripts.

  • Planning, design and implementation of commissioning and operation for complex systems

  • Processing / execution of complex orders

  • Installing and maintaining tools

  • Design and implementation of supporting tools

  • Control of order processing

  • Ensuring the agreed service level

  • Creation of documentation

Qualifications

Experience 

IT Technical Skills

  • Citrix administration- advanced
  • Network - Basic
  • Work with documentation
  • IT/ PC literacy - Advanced
  • HW/ SW overview - Intermediate
  • Core platform knowledge - Intermediate

Languages

  • English – Intermediate (B2)   
  • German: advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000€ /brutto.
