Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in 2006 under the name of T-Systems Slovakia and ever since has been inextricably linked with the region when became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley. Purpose: 

Support for Certain Department

Key accountabilities:

• Business assistance support 
• Active participation in teams activities.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Ordering of office supplier within company rules
• Handle phone and email communications, including screening calls and responding to inquiries.
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Creation of settlements
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations and engaging in team activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

German – advantage, not neccesary

Personality requirements and skills

• flexible, willing to help, responsible, proactive, strong work ethic, detail-oriented , prioritize tasks effectively  

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 4,50 € /brutto per hour.
