WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage  targets
• Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken realted to process topics
• Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
• Manage process related projects to ensure Continuous Improvement on DTAG Level
• Lead and  build up respective process communities to increase awareness to expected levels
• Manage the alignment between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication
• Manage regular KPIs and set-up actions in case of deviance to keep quality awareness on expected level 
• Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have Master degree
• Have experience in Process - Organisation- and Quality Management – 5 years
• Have ITIL foundation certification;
• Have higher  ITIL  certification - min. 2                                                                   
• Have experience in MS Office / Excel, Power Point, Outlook - Advanced
• Have PC skills / HW, SW/ - Advanced
• Have efective communication skills
• Have analytical thinking
• Have presentation skills
• Have organisational skills
• Have flexibility
• Have stress resistance
• Are ableto work autonomously
• Have experience in Project Management
• Speak English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Speak German / advantage - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Have experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, OS operation,  network, storage,etc.)
• Have Pro-activity and pro-customer orientation
• Are able to work as an individual also as a part of the team
• Have experience in management of international projects, previous experience in intercultural environment
• Are able to multi-task, set priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Have total independent approach in solving different tasks
• Have responsibility for taking own decission

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100€ /brutto.
