Job Description


People Lead is responsible for disciplinary leadership of a People Unit. Holder of position participates in shaping and implementing the strategic personnel planning / competence planning of people unit. People Lead participates in strategic development of the chapter: professional / content-wise (e. g. Architecture, SW development) and in terms of change (structure, processes). Holder of position is responsible for organization within people unit and supporting the collaboration of people units of a chapters.

Key accountabilities

  • Disciplinary leadership of people in the team
  • Responsibility for the individual development of people, such as the promotion of talents as well as people's motivation and enthusiasm through feedback or supporting of people's strengths
  • Ensuring exchange within the team via regular meetings 
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members
  • Guiding people in the sense of servant leadership 
  • Promoting self-initiative and agile mindset 
  • Operational implementation of personnel selection and re-skilling and up-skilling
  • Active cooperation at eye level with other Team Leads 
  • Ensuring and improving employee satisfaction
  • Active contribution to strategic topics of the company



  • Bachelor degree in IT, economics, management, finance


  • At least 3 years on a similar position

IT Technical Skills

  • General IT overview or
  • Deeper knowledge in some of following areas: DevOps, application operation, agile methodologies
  • Good knowledge of Slovak Labor code

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 € /brutto.
