WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Create an active and dependable partnership with both FC & Business by taking end to end responsibility of steering from Revenue to EBITDA
  • Act as partner & challenger  of the business for the main sales KPIs  (Pipeline, OE, REV, hit & win rate)
  • Drive Capex, Opex and SellEx controlling.
  • Play an active role in planning and forecasting by proactively challenging operational performance, business strategy and progress.
  • Follow up on all financial related actions towards various teams within the company including outside of FC
  • Act as a facilitator between business unit and SG&A mgmt. team on financial topics (e.g. forecasting, month-end closing,  risk reporting, cost development)
  • Close collaboration with Central commercial organization

This is the general purpose of this position:

Support managers in a variety of ways:

  • Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
  • To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division.
  • To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making.
  • To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company.
  • To develop & maintain controlling systems.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have minimum 4 years experience at similar position within Finance & Controlling
  • Hold a diploma of Finance/Business Administration study at the university
  • Are advanced at Soft skills, team cooperation, and have overall affinity in financials
  • Possess knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and communication as well as negotiation skills
  • Speak English on B2 level at least. German might be an advantage
  • Are advanced user of SAPFI/CO, SAP BW, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500€ /brutto.
