Job Description
These are your main responsibilities:
As an extended support of Swiss CFO, you will be his right hand and perform following:
- Analysis of Month End Closing and Forecasts based on reports from Business Controlling (colleagues who are doing KPI controlling related to main business activities of our Swiss branch focused to Cloud & Digital Services)
- Deep dive of identified issues in alignment with CFO. Development of course of action. Identify room for improvement: focus on revenue boost / cost reduction
- Coordination, reporting and tracking of measures, chances and risks in the financial planning. Reporting towards management board.
- Preparation of ad hoc reports for CFO and management board
- Commercial support and consulting of management
- Main focal point for reporting and further requests from FC TSI (our Headquarters in Germany)
- Preparation of FC content for local and international business reviews
- Use SAP, Power BI, Webex, MS Teams and Excel as your day-to-day tools
- Participate on international projects and future finance strategy forming
- Travel to Bern on occasional basis (optional)

- Act as a process expert in the team
- Initiate process changes in the team
- Support managers in a variety of ways
- Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company
- To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division
- To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making
- To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company
- To develop & maintain controlling systems
Qualifications
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor´s degree in Economics (min.)
Experience:
- Controlling - 6 years
IT Technical skills:
- MS Office - expert
- Excel/Pivot tables/data processing - expert
- SAP - Advanced
Soft skills:
- Communication skills - Expert
- Negotiation skills - Expert
- Presentation skills - Expert
Finance skills:
- Budgeting - Advanced
- Business case creation - Advanced
- E2E financial process understanding - Advanced
- Profitability improvements - Advanced
Languages:
- German - B2 minimum or
- English - C1 minimum or combination

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800€ /brutto.
