Main purpose of your job as Senior Database Programmer is to further develop existing tools for the automation of planning in the fiber optic network environment. The main tasks are the maintenance and expansion of the database as well as the operation of the servers. Suitable software developers are sought for the further development and operation of these tools.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Your job will be programming of REST interfaces (ORDS: Oracle Rest Data Services).
• Design and development of database-driven scripts to implement business requirements.
• Create/expand database tables and provide views for different users, do analysis of the requirements, and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Problem and incident management: problem analysis, problem solving and development according to Agile methodology – SCRUM.
• Create technical documentation and documentation of the programmed code in GIT.
• Perform performance analyses via Zabbix.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Speak English at least on upper intermediate (B2) level.
• Have professional experience of several years working in IT industry preferably with enterprise level application.
• Have professional experience in Oracle Database / PL / SQL / Postgres, Linux and scripting.
• Are advanced in integrating systems and application, performance measurement tools and have deep knowledge in compute node architecture.
• Have willingness to learn and teach new technologies, are self-motivated and organized and have solid communication skills (oral and written).

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3 100 € /brutto.
