WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Consulted with clients and analyze them needs
• Design, create and edit highly-engaging online learning materials and content for both technical and non-technical target audience
• Create interactive training content for adult learners with a focus on knowledge retention and processes/skills adoption
• Utilize instructional design and authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Utilize game-based learning and keep up to date with new developments in the online training industry
• Lead end-to-end e-learning design projects
• Cooperate with other specialists, subject matter experts and business leaders
• Meeting the scope of the projects, products, budget and schedule.
• Handle the tasks in the agile way
• Work effectively with project plans, project resources, capacity plans and other project related documentation
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, subject matter experts, and customers
• Act assertively, constructively and proactively in team to contribute to achieving personal and team goals
• Follow the top trends in digital learning.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have at least 2 years’ relevant professional experience (for example: instructional design, holding online or offline trainings, teaching, adult education)
• Have strong sense of design principles
• Have experience in copywriting and technical writing
• Are critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and “can-do” attitude
• Speak excellent German and/or English skills (at least C1-2) is must
• Have experience in Project Management Skills
• Are customer oriented mindset
• Have Bachelor degree
• Have experience in MS Office - Expert
• Have experience in Articulate 360 – Advantage
• Have experience in Vyond and Camtasia - Advantage
• Have experience in Adobe Illustrator – Expert

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100€ /brutto.
