Job Description

Purpose

The role governs respective process on corporate level of DTAG. Organizes and implements the relevant processes DTAG wide. Prioritizes process improvement measures and projects. Manages the process rollout (in time, budget, quality), measured through process implementation checks. Governs process quality and effectiveness by acting as a quality control in process optimization programs. Provides process consultancy in strategic Automation Projects and Quality initiatives.

Key accountabilities

  • Preparation, moderation of CCAB calls
  • Review, planning and quality requirements of changes to have changes best prepared to avoid incidents
  • Review of Change Safeguarding documents including change milestone, identifying and addressing quality gaps
  • Set up and drive follow-up actions or measures
  • Planning and coordinating of safeguarding calls
  • Leading CCAB safeguarding calls with senior management involvement
  • Managing the change forecast / change calendar and list of special focus / Klopper changes
  • Preparation evaluation and development of change management KPIs
  • Prepare and align rollout of necessary process improvements within global change management process
  • Managing the central entry gate for relevant topics (FMB CCAB)
  • Act in global environment

Skill profile Language skills: - English required - German is a plus

Basic requirements:

- Experience in CCAB Safeguarding calls and dealing with CCAB Safeguarding process and documents required Several year of experience in evaluation of Changes in an international environment

- Experience with CCAB protection calls and dealing with CCAB protection processes and required documents would be a strong advantage

- Excellent know-how and experience in change management (Acting as Change Manager helpful)

- Good knowledge and experience in process management (Incident, Problem, Change)

- Technical basic knowledge in wide area of IT-landscapes and technologies (Network, Server, Applications, Platforms)

- Safe handling of the MS Office tool suite with extended skills in Microsoft Excel Additions

- Skills in administration of Sharepoint

- Detailed knowledge of SNOW change module

  • Master

Experience

  • Process- Organisation- and Quality Management – 5 years

Certification

  • ITIL foundation certification;
  • ITIL expert  certification / advantage;
  • ITIL advanced 3 modules

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1550 € /brutto.
