Tasks:

• Manage and coordinate the Vice President’s calendar
• Organize internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, workshops
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries
• Maintain effective communication with direct reports, business units, customers, and executive leadership teams
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
• Plan, organize, and coordinate management meetings, leadership conferences, workshops, and business reviews.
• Prepare agendas, presentation materials, briefing documents, and decision papers
• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities
• Maintain filing systems, SharePoint sites, collaboration spaces, and management documentation
• Ensure high-quality standards for executive documents and presentations

• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
