Job Description
- Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components
- Design and implement new features
- Optimize and refactor existing solutions
- Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues
- Develop and maintain integrations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams
- Occasionally investigate more complex application support issues

Qualifications
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience as a Java developer
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least business-level English or German language proficiency
- Openness to working in an international team environment
- Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code
Preferred Qualifications
- German language skills
- Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Familiarity with the SCIM protocol
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
- PowerShell knowledge
- Experience developing APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of access management and identity management processes
- Experience working in a large enterprise or international IT environment
