As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring and enhancing project quality while helping teams navigate risks and deliver their best work.
What you’ll do
- Drive initiatives to ensure and continuously improve quality across projects
- Plan and execute quality gates and project audits
- Track and follow up on quality-related actions and improvements
- Contribute to quality reporting and governance forums, including project steering committees
- Collaborate closely with risk management to proactively address challenges
- Review project status regularly and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, CMMI)
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving processes, tools, and customer satisfaction
What you bring
- A degree and experience in a multinational environment
- Background in quality management, project management, or service management
- Confident communication skills in German and English
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong critical thinking and a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Qualifications
- Completed studies, ideally in the fields of business administration or business informatics with several years of professional experience
- Over 10 years of experience in the quality management process
- Several years of practical experience in offer, project and service management
- Very good knowledge of standards for projects and infrastrucure /Cloud Managed services (PM-, T&T book, PMI)
- Very good knowledge and experience in the bid process and the bid review, including the contractual basics
- In-depth knowledge of PU Cloud quality assurance measures and their application
- Hands-on experience in claim management
- German and English language skills required for operating in both languages
- Strong leadership skills, strong negotiation skills
