Primary:
    • Handling the calendar of Juliane Bülow (VP of the Transformation Office), finding relevant dates and times with other assistants, communication in English and German. Being the deputy of the other assistant of Juliane in case of her absence. Organising travels, clarifying and accounting the relevant company costs.
    • Handling the calendar of Jürgen Lueg, finding relevant dates and times with other assistants, communication in English and German.
    • Administrative support for the Leaders of Strategy & Transformation Team (coordinating the meetings, preparing the agenda, registration of the visitors), participation in team meetings.
    • Coordination of conference room bookings, streaming setup, ordering gifts and accessories for the Cloud Services Leader 2 Leader and Townhall events.

Secondary:
Support in the projects of the Strategy & Transformation Team: preparation of slides, editing of podcast banners, sending out e-mails kiküldése (eg. ServX, Health Delivery, CMS Reassignment, Cloudbeats Podcast)
