Job Description

  • Own and deliver end-to-end controlling activities for assigned Business Unit(s) with full P&L responsibility (Revenue & Cost).
  • Take full ownership of key controlling processes (e.g. closing, forecasting), ensuring effective coordination across functions and driving timelines, inputs, and deliverables.
  • Challenge financial results and underlying assumptions; proactively investigate deviations and perform deep-dive analyses when needed.
  • Consolidate complex financial information into clear, structured, and concise insights for senior management.
  • Provide actionable recommendations, highlighting key risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools.
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of the organization and end-to-end business operations.
  • Develop and enhance reporting solutions using tools such as MS Power BI, SAP, and SQL.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating financial processes (e.g., forecasting, closing).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to interact with senior leadership.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced analytics and visualization).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, SQL, and/or MS Power BI.
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • MSc or BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
