Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Budapest/ Debrecen/ Pécs, Hungary. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to streamline our organization's IT processes and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement and customize AI based ServiceNow tools
  • Customize and extend existing ServiceNow modules
  • Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to automate processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow applications
  • Optimize application performance / pipelines and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for all development work
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features
  • Use and combine OutOfTheBox methods together with custom coding 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
  • Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integrations
  • Expertise in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications
  • Knowledge in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles 
  • Experience in business process automation and workflow design
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred
  • Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) concepts
