Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Analytics Expert with leadership skills to join our dynamic HR Analytics team at our global HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects to provide and analyze data as basis for Top Management decision making. Projects include leading a strong team to design and implement Dashboards (SAC, PowerBI) connecting to our HRIT landscape globally in more than 20 countries. You will work closely with HR Leadership team, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our HR Analytics solutions align with business objectives and enhance employee experience. This role requires a unique blend of data analytics expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking working with a great global team.
Qualifications
Skill Profile
- Key Responsibilities o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR Analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement HR Analytics solutions that reduce manual workload and increase employee experience. o Conduct regular project reviews with Stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in HR analytics projects.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies for HR Analytics o Providing leadership expertise in HR Analytics team supporting HR Analytics team lead
Must Have:
- Experience +3 years with HRIT systems and vendors such as Employee Central, SAPHR, SAP Analytics Cloud, Chris)
- Experience +3 years with HR Data Analytics especially with scenario analysis for financial impact, fluctuations, attrition
- Experience +3 years in Stakeholder Management
- Experience in HR Analytics compliance (workers council and GDPR)
- Know How about GDPR in Europe for AI, Data Analytics and HRIT
- Software Languages: PowerBI (must), Python (optional), SAC (preferred) o Language: German (preferred), English (Must)
Optional:
- Know How about CSRD in Europe and implications for HRIT
- Strong Know How about HR processes and its impact on HR KPIs
- Strong analytical know how
