We’re seeking a HR Product Manager to lead the simplification and modernization of our performance management concept. This role requires superb communication skills to craft clear, motivating, and actionable messages for both leaders and employees. It also demands user-centered design thinking to streamline processes and develop materials that resonate with real needs. You’ll be at the intersection of performance management, storytelling, and product thinking to align our approach with organizational goals, while ensuring that it’s engaging, clear, and practical.

Qualifications
You have a completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification and already have minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field of performance management.
Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through the following knowledge and skills:
- Superb Communication Skills: A storytelling mindset with the ability to create compelling messages, simplify complex concepts, and inspire action from leaders and employees.
- User-Centered Design Expertise: Strong background in UX design, customer experience, or service design. You know how to tailor processes and content based on user needs and feedback.
- Performance Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of modern performance management principles (e.g., continuous feedback, goal setting, competency frameworks) and how to link them to organizational performance.
- Digital & Product Mindset: Experience in applying digital tools, product thinking, and iterative design processes to improve performance.
- Strategic Alignment: Ability to align performance management systems with broader organizational objectives and integrate them with other HR processes.
- Your English is on the highest level.
- You are flexible for business travels.
