Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled International Senior HR IT Program Manager to join our dynamic HR team at our global HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the global standardization and implementation of HR IT process and system landscape. You will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our HR technology solutions align with business objectives and enhance employee experience. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, HR domain knowledge, and strategic thinking to ensure that HR systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Tasks:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR IT programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure the successful integration of third-party HR IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR IT initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR IT systems and processes
  • Clarify requirements for demands and consolidate similar demands from different countries.
  • Support in evaluation, design and development of HR IT architecture to meet organizational needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4+ years in HR IT program management with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
  • Excellent program management, analytical, and problem-solving skills ideally in the HR IT environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in change management and HR technology adoption.
  • Knowledge of HR legal requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC).
  • Ability to align HR technology with business goals and drive innovation.
  • Proficiency in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership in cross-functional teams and collaborative efforts.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and an agile mindset.
  • High proactivity, customer focus, and independence.
  • Proficient in English (C1-C2).
  • Familiarity with solutions like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, Smartrecruiters, or Success Factors beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and indepth understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.) is a plus
