Lead a motivated software development team in the logistics environment.

Our client has recognised the importance of digitalisation and is developing mobile applications to help make production processes more efficient. We are taking development and application services for our client to a new level, both in terms of process and technology. Our goal is to improve the quality of application delivery, ensure the long-term stability of systems and continuously optimise applications. The service is provided by a Hungarian team, English and German language skills are important. Tasks:

• Technical management of the development team, including developer onboarding and coaching.
• Develop and coordinate coding standards
• Work closely with technical and business product owners on the client side
• Develop quality standards
• Build applications according to the latest coding practices and industry standards
• Ensure adherence to the above standards within the development team
• Code development and documentation
• Develop modern design patterns and architectural principles
• Teamwork according to the SCRUM methodology
• Active participation in daily/weekly client meetings.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Java, Angular, Typescript and Java Spring Boot
• Minimum 3 years' experience of developing and maintaining automated tests
• At least 3 years experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL, GIT, Jira and Confluence
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (B2)
• Good communication skills
• Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations, work independently.

Advantages:

• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in an Azure environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies
