• Business analysis for Reporting (Business Intelligence) 
• Serve as the main liaison between the business users and technical teams for implementations of reporting solutions 
• Work closely with both developers and requestors 
• Work with internal and external IT partners to translate requirements into technical specifications 
• Support project managers with day-to-day tasks and potentially manage some project milestones 
• Keep contact with other organizations to make sure all requirements are met requrements expectation 
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution 

• Strong analytical skills 
• Written and verbal proficiency in German and English languages 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
• High degree of curiosity and willingness to learn to grow your skills and capabilities to progress your career and expand your responsibilities 
• Interest to develop knowledge in the digital space 
• Interest in long term career opportunities
