We are looking for...

a Service Owner in the Service Hub NETS for Network Services (NWS) DNS, DHCP, NTP and its state of the art management for a network of the future. As Service Owner you are responsible for the efficient and value-oriented service delivery of the agile teams to our corporate network users, other agile teams and other delivery hubs.

The Service HUB NETS (Network Enabling and Transport Service) is fully responsible for ensuring that DTAG employees and external users have access to the applications they need at all times, whether at a DTAG location in Germany, abroad or in their home office. In addition, we provide other network-related services such as Internet access and mail backbone.

Your tasks:

• You re-think old structures and ways of thinking to ensure open and transparent communication.
• You support the HUB in the introduction and establishment of agile working methods.
• You work with agile coaches to improve the effectiveness of the method in the delivery side. 
• You will help to ensure that constant improvement and automation to find their way into the team's working methods and processes.

You should

• have advanced German and English language skills
• have at least basic knowledge/experience with Network Services (NWS)
• assume functional responsibility for network services and the agile service team
• be able to develop the services in line with requirements
• be able to plan and report the costs of the services together with SH NETS Shared Service Finance
• write and prioritize features/enablers for the service
• ensure the quality and operational stability of the service
• know the skills required to operate and develop the service
• organize the processes in the team in an agile way and along the best practice SAFe logic
• be enthusiastic about agile methods and be able to communicate them to the team
• enjoy the ongoing transformation and can celebrate success
