Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) within our SDM & SC-OPM Skills team. This position is pivotal in ensuring end-to-end accountability for all customer-related services, emphasizing timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness. The primary focus will be on datacenter and Los 1 services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer-related services from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams to develop operational plans and strategic concepts for service delivery, emphasizing efficiency improvements.
  • Handle escalations effectively, maintaining a high level of quality monitoring at the delivery unit level.
  • Foster regular communication channels with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers, focusing on technical aspects.
  • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, both domestically and internationally.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including top management.
  • Contribute to the development of global cooperation strategies, particularly through participation in Project "Olymp."
  • Facilitate smooth handover of projects to production, ensuring compliance with quality and service requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience in operational planning and contract fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with efficiency improvement strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and professional.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and explore new areas within the IT domain.
  • Proactive networking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and organizational adaptation.
