Job Description

Since 2019, Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH has been a customer and business partner of our company, essentially serving as a key provider of innovation and digitalization within the DTAG group.

We are currently seeking an ambitious professional with experience to join the dynamically evolving team in Hungary. Our project aims to ensure excellent user experience with appropriate expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Ensures optimal customer satisfaction and adherence to project service standards.
  • Implements efficiency measurement techniques to enhance service delivery.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and offers expert guidance.
  • Identifies and cultivates growth opportunities for clients and experts.
  • Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborates closely with Program and Project Management, as well as organizational leadership.
  • Proactively seeks new partnerships and explores additional project avenues.
  • Plays an active role in workforce selection processes.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced German and English language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good moderation skills.
  • Assertive personality coupled with structured and process-oriented thinking.
