Job Description
- Represent the technical interests of management and other stakeholders to the development team, answer queries from the development team and back them up;
- Participate in regular, standardized meetings with cross-functional teams;
- Support release planning and clarify expectations for new functionalities;
- Support the development process, taking into account the customer journey, and drive & derive the need for possible market and customer surveys;
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the teams;
- Actively contribute to overcoming barriers that stand in the way of a successful completion of the release/sprint target;
Qualifications
- Experience on hyperscalers like (Azure, AWS, Google) is an advantage;
- Proven experience in operations-related proceses management as an OPM / SC-OPM or Problem, Change or incident manager. Experience in lead incident or problem management is a plus;
- Proven experience in at least on of these methodologies: Agile, Project Management, Kanban/Scrum;
- Proven experience in supporting or driving audits, support risk management process;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Experience in T-Systems applications will be a plus, such as, PSA, ServiceNow, SAP iGRCS, AssetManager;
- Willingness to learn and growth;
- Agile mindset and experience with agile methods;
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic approach and a hands-on mentality;
- Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders, high social competence as well as analytical skills;
- Willpower to achieve goals with limited resources as well as high motivation to work in cross-functional and international teams;
- Ability to deliver results with a high focus on customer needs, considering an agile environment with changing priorities;
