Job Description

In this role,

  • You are the central contact and coordinator for customers in the banking sector for all IT Continuity and Business Continuity topics.
  • You develop, are responsible for and update (customer-related) IT emergency concepts and regularly review in cooperation with the customer.
  • You coordinate the relevant contract content with the customer and monitor the compliance with the contractually agreed IT continuity services, including IT emergency operations as part of T-Systems.
  • You understand legal and supervisory requirements (KwG, BaFin) as well as the typical sets of rules (ITIL, BSI) and can apply them in the interests of customers and T-Systems.
  • Coordination and subsequent analysis of IT emergency test; you create specifications for the quality monitoring of IT emergency plans including employee training
     

Qualifications

We are happy to contact you if

  • You have a several years experience/proven track record of contract management, business continuity and/or partner relations.
  • You speak and write German fluently and at least conversational English
  • You are open to work on some weekends (10-15 days at weekends per year).
  • You have a basic technical understanding and are willing to accompany more in-depth technical analyses.
  • You have the ability to think and act analytically, have good negotiating skills and deal with problems and escalations with confidence towards customer and business.
