Job Description

People Management:

  • Lead and mentor employees, manage disciplinary responsibilities, and assist in recruitment.
  • Oversee HR processes, administrative tasks, and resource management.
  • Support business clients and propose performance goals for team members.
  1. Skill Management:

    • Foster technical and personal development within the unit, aligning with competence guidelines.
    • Contribute to future-proof competence development strategies and stay abreast of technological trends.
  2. Economics:

    • Ensure profitability by developing qualified and skilled employees.
    • Take full financial responsibility, manage contracts, and optimize unit efficiency using key figures.
  3. Team Development and Personnel Management:

    • Strategically develop the workforce, recognize talents, and coach employees for optimal performance.
    • Facilitate knowledge exchange, conduct onboarding, and plan skill development based on future requirements.
  4. Strategic Business Development:

    • Align team strategy with corporate goals, explore and propose new business opportunities.
    • Implement, monitor, and adjust business models, and take ownership of strategic topics.
  5. Transformation Management:

    • Drive organizational change, actively participate in strategic development, and lead the adaptation of new methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Leadership experience small/medium teams (20-30 people)
  • Intercultural & international experience
  • Servant Leader mindset
  • Fluent English language knowledge (German nice to have)

Advantages:
