Job Description
Within workplace experience, we offer tools and services to enhance (virtual) collaboration and a culture of information sharing for Deutsche Telekom employees. That’s why we bring together all value streams: from video conferencing, telephony and chat to the Microsoft 365 world and social collaboration.
Your tasks:
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize phone features to ensure a reliable and efficient communication system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and tailor phone features accordingly
- Cover the migration process from Webex to Microsoft Teams, ensuring a smooth transition
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of video systems, including Meeting Room (MTR) devices and Surface devices.
Qualifications
- Experience with M365 migration
- General Microsoft 365 Know-how especially M365 operations, AAD, Exchange, SharePoint, PowerShell
- Experience with MS Teams Enterprise Voice
- VoIP Know-how including PBX, SIP, PSTN / Operator Connect, Direct Routing
- Experience with Video Systems (e.g. MTR-Devices, Surface)
- MS Teams Bot-Developement
