Our team is responsible for all file based exchanges solutions in DTAG, such as: Home- and Group-shares, FBDX, OneDrive for Business and SharePointOnline. Our responsibility is to enable all colleagues to work with their data wherever they are. Our team provides 2nd level support of file services.

Th international Fileservice team is located in Germany and Hungary, our common language for co-operation is English, but German knowledge is an advantage.

Our daily tasks are:

• 2nd level support for file service related tickets (no user contact!)
• Operation of File Services in M365 context (SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and migration of legacy solutions (e.g. Home-/Groupshares) to target solutions
• Operations and Technical Solution Manager for the DFS (Distributed File Share) application, as well as DFS as AD extension.
• Decentralised server infrastructure; “MPS” (Multi Purpose Server), which includes the following: Dell Hardware, network, AD, MyIT, as well as collaboration with external partners, such as ISP, CSS
• R-drive (central R-drive mechanic); support of the applications, which are provided to the clients via R-drive (eg.: GSUS, Carmen)
• Strong co-operation with 1st and 3rd level support.

• an IT-oriented qualification or equivalent experience
• higher level experience in M365 SharePoint and One Drive, M365 configuration
• scripting knowledge (Powershell, etc)
• the common language in the virtual team is English
• German knowledge is optional
