• E2E coordination of incidents (incl. readiness to take over an on-call duty)
• Technical coordination and support of communication between the solution groups
• Participation in the design, implementation and further development of the infrastructure to be supported
• Participation in optimization projects
• Identification of needs for action at the process level, participation in Root Cause Analysis (PRM)
• Error detection and assignment, initiation and support of measures for error elimination
• Ensure the quality and operational stability of the service

• Experience in ITIL based IT organizations
• Experience in incident handling
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Customer orientation and self confidence
• Agile mindset knowledge
