We need you as a Experienced or Senior Network Engineer with network development, architecture and automation jobs for international SD-WAN services. We need you in our network area to support the future best in class data communication of DTAG, because we connect the whole company, national and international, at its sites and in Home Office as well by providing:

• driving the transformation to the future SD-WAN services for international DTAG affiliates to CNDTAG and among each other,
• standardized LAN and WLAN concepts and consulting to our international DTAG affiliates, to enable standardized office and collaboration services on centrally managed clients,
• a self-service tool to enable IT-communication on international WAN Border-Firewalls for office networks,
• and by supporting the transformation to SD-X based networks international.

Your concrete tasks:

• operate, optimize, create and automate our service,
• specially with future aim on software defined networks (SD-x),
• transform actively into our future network design and services based on mostly software defined networks and cloud services to support the business of our internal customers.

• knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/WLAN operations (incident management, change management, problem management) and knowhow in the current LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, focused on the Cisco software defined environments,
• CCNA, CCNP and experience with Cisco devices,
• technical network skills at LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/WLAN design (engineering) on expert level,
• transmission technologies (e. g. MPLS), IP-Routing, network coupling (cloud, DC),
• network architecture, network authentication, network security, internet security,
• integration and interfaces to other services (RAS, TLP...), internet breakout,
• technical writing and document management experience (Blue Prints, manuals...),
• knowledge in scripting languages (e.g. Ansibel),
• basic agile, SAFe and ITIL V4 knowhow,
• required English language skills: B2.

• willingness to communicate and cooperate in English about SD-WAN concepts with customer technicians and customers,
• readiness to fulfill own tasks (time management and self-organisation incl. failure analysis) but also to work in team or with customers,
• engagement to continuous improvement of our services,
• interest on new technologies and readiness and self-motivation to develop yourself, if you feel yourself unsecure in some of the points above.
