We build and operate IT systems in order to bring the Deutsche Telekom customer with his specific request to the most suitable service agent or digital agent (routing) and provide the agent with optimal tools for customer care (frontends).

We support the business processes on all channels (voice, email, letter, fax, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Software development experience with C++/C
• English language knowledge
• Teamwork and an agile mindset are required 

Advantages:

• Knowledge of DevOps and tools such as GIT, Jira and the CI/CD pipeline are desirable
• Knowledge of virtualization, Docker or Kubernetes is desirable
• Willingness for end-to-end responsibility for the product 
• Experience with Genesys on-prem contact center solution and Genesys FW
