Job Description

  • Set up and manage strategic recruitment projects (hiring strategies, candidate management, recruiting metrics).
  • Develop strategic and organizational concepts with colleagues and stakeholders (Digital, Cloud, HR, IT, Legal).
  • Use data and insights to drive business impact.
  • Prepare presentations and decision documents for senior management.
  • Support planning of team goals and key deliverables (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with internal communication to keep global partners and stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Plan and execute project tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure project visibility, flag risks, support mitigation, and manage key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with German HQ to implement global recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Support team communication, including calendar and roadmap tracking, meeting planning, and internal communication.
  • Follow recruitment trends, assess new tools, and exchange ideas with global recruitment experts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic thinking and project management in corporate recruitment, preferably in a global environment.
  • University degree with relevant professional experience in corporate HR.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy development, and HR measures implementation.
  • Successful track record of developing and implementing strategic concepts in complex, multinational settings.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, solutions, and concepts.
  • Excellent data-driven problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with agile working methods.
  • Ability to collaborate in diverse, virtual teams and manage stakeholders globally.
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 level).
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
