Job Description

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement a user-friendly smoke test framework for automotive ECUs that communicate via Automotive Ethernet and CAN.

The successful candidate will work closely with our customer to provide a robust solution that enhances test quality.

This position is crucial to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, testers, and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the smoke-test framework.
  • Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving discussions to foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Actively contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile development environment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in response to customer feedback and evolving industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience C and C++
  • Knowledge of web GUI development, REST-APIs, and standard SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies and container orchestration.
  • Experience in Visual Studio Code extension development
  • English language proficiency is required.
  • German language skills are a nice-to-have.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and using Agile tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.

Advantages:

  • Expertise in low-level software development in the Automotive Ethernet and CAN-FD domain.
  • Proficiency in selecting and configuring hardware for Automotive Ethernet and CAN interfaces (e.g., Raspberry Pi).
  • Advanced Knowledge in Embedded Software Development and testing
  • Knowledge in ECU programming, AUTOSAR, Automotive Development process (ASPICE)
