Job Description

  • Organizes and prepares audits in accordance with the standards of T-Systems International and Deutsche Telecom AG and customer expectations in cooperation with external audit companies.
  • Coordinates and manages various types of audits (SOC audits, internal audits, customer audits, etc.) according to applicable international and internal standards.
  • Follows up on relevant business processes within the coordination in individual phases of audits, preparation, during and after the audit.
  • Increases the effectiveness of these activities provide audit support / knowledge across the various units within the company.
  • Actively collaborates with global teams in various countries and locations within T-Systems.
  • Works in an agile way and actively seeks solutions for E2E responsibilities.
  • As part of its post-audit activities, it deals with the results of audits, informs the relevant departments about all findings, monitors corrective/remediation plans for their successful implementation and provides and prepares advice on optimization measures.
  • Actively helps to identify gaps / deviations in existing processes / guidelines and contributes to improvements vertically and horizontally across the company and presents these changes at the managerial and operational levels.
  • Serves as an intermediary or initiator for various audit issues that may arise before, during and after the audit.
  • Generates internal and external reports for all involved stakeholders.
  • Within the whole team, they participate in the annual check of their documents and year-round preparations.

Qualifications

  • Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage targets and customer satisfaction 
  • Be able to work independent as well as in team to achieve the best performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to choose the most appropriate sources (technology/personnel) and implement them into audit process
  • Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken related to audit and other process topics
  • Managing of continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction and TSI cross collaboration
  • Managing of process related projects to ensure Continuous Improvement on TSI Level
  • Leading and building up respective audit and other process communities to increase awareness to expected levels
  • Manage the alignment between audit process and operational topics to ensure proper communication
  • Influence/manage regular KPIs and set-up actions in case of deviance to keep quality awareness on expected level
  • Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge
  • English and German language knowledge
