Job Description

  • Opportunity Handling in CRM (T**-Force); Order Backlog booking  
  • Creation of WBS Elements in SPPM 
  • Managing of DT SEC internal Orders (via MILESplus or SOM@SAP) 
  • Prepare and manage the invoice process (OpCom) 
  • Month end closing activities, cost controlling, preparation of accruals 

Qualifications

  • Experience with financial closings
  • Willingness to communicate in German (verbal and written) 
  • Commitment to deadlines 
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, usage of basic built-in functions) for reporting 
  • German  language skills (at least B2) 
  • English language skills (at least A2)

  • Experience with TSI order management
