1. Strong troubleshooting skills to component level.
2. Strong knowledge in analog and digital circuitry.
3. Ability to apply the practical and theoretical principles of electronics to the development of electronic circuits and the operation and servicing of electronic equipment and systems.
4. Minimum five years of experience in electronics engineering technology.
5. Good soldering skills.
6. Good organizational skills, be able to handle customer contacts and see to getting units shipped according to schedule
