DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level with strong MEP or Data Centre project experience.

Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible.

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports
• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years' QS or Cost Management experience
• Consultancy or client-side experience highly desired
• Must have extensive M&E or Data Centre experience
• Chartered status, or working towards.
